2003 : NO FACTUAL BASIS ESTABLISHED ORION COORDINATES : NO FACTUAL BASIS ESTABLISHED IRAS 1983: NO FACTUAL BASIS ESTABLISHED

This topic will be discussed in further detail at a later time. There are three widely quoted and circulated conclusions regarding the issue of an intruding celestial body, now popularly referred to as Planet X. The first of these statements concerns a projected appearance of such a body in the spring of 2003. The second concerns a statement of astronomical coordinates (right ascension and declination) of purported observations of such a body in the neighborhood of the constellation Orion. The third is in regards to the reported finding of such a "planet" by the IRAS (Infrared Astronomical Satellite) sensor in 1983 in the direction of Orion. These statements appear to originate from a restricted set of sources.

EARTHQUAKE FINDINGS

From an investigative search of earthquakes of magnitude 6.0 or greater conducted through the National Earthquake Information Center, World Data Center for Seismology, Denver (http://eqint.cr.usgs.gov), the following results have been obtained:

CELESTIAL CONSIDERATIONS

This page exists to assemble information related to planetary and celestial considerations that demonstrate the potential for linkage to aerosol operations, and is somewhat a segregation from the website in its content. This page offers investigative topics, such as what the magnetosphere is, earthquake findings, plasma frequency, change in the earth’s magnetic field, the location of planet X, and interviews.

ELECTROLYSIS & BARIUM

The presence of barium as well as other metallic particulates in our atmosphere has now been demonstrated through a variety of testing methods in direct association with aircraft aerosol operations. The method presented here has the potential of providing a simple and verifiable method to provide further evidence of criminal operations that continue to be conducted. Using the box fan filter described in the previous Carnicom paper titled “INEXPENSIVE FILTRATION“ , pieces of the filter materials from both indoor and outdoor samples are cut into small pieces and soaked in distilled water and rung out into glass dishes. These solutions are then subjected to electrolysis, using a six-volt lantern battery with copper electrodes. After approximately 24-48 hours, a precipitate forms in the dishes that is further subjected to examination. At this point, a series of observations and tests are performed that show the precipitate to be barium sulphate…which is a grave concern to all citizens around the globe. The participation of independent professionals and researchers is again called for to substantiate or refute the current endeavors, as the consequences of these findings, if confirmed, pose significant health risks to the public at large.

INEXPENSIVE FILTRATION

Included here is a homemade filtration device (a box fan with a furnace filter attached) that is effective in filtering particulates down to 5-1- microns in size. Though not intended to be a substitute for a HEPA filter (filtration down to .3 microns), this construct is a simple and inexpensive means to improve air quality in a room or other controlled environment. Pictures of the filter after being use for up to 6 weeks are included.

DROUGHT INDUCEMENT

Recent analysis leads to the conclusion that the extensive and systematic aerosol operations being conducted across the planet are aggravating the elevated drought conditions now being observed. This two part discussion centers upon heat aspects of the atmosphere. This first section introduces the concept of ‘specific heat’ of a substance (the amount of heat required to flow into a substance to produce a one degree rise in temperature), and how that helps address the specific question: Given that the air of the earth has a specific heat value, what would be the projected heat effect of introducing metallic particulate aerosols (namely aluminum, barium, magnesium, titanium and calcium) into the atmosphere?’ The second part of this discussion expands the above dialogue to show, in mathematical form, that with the exception of magnesium, each of the elements listed above has a specific heat less than that of air. This allows us to conclude that the introduction of each of these elements with a specific heat less than that of air would have the effect of increasing the temperature of the modified air for a given amount of heat. These results convey significant consequences on the health of the planet and the atmosphere. It is reiterated that the citizens of this nation and earth have the duty to force full accountability, disclosure and cessation of the aircraft aerosol operations which remain in progress.

THE EXPECTED COMPOSITION

The following information on the expected composition of the atmosphere is from the book entitled "Introduction to Atmospheric Chemistry", by Peter V. Hobbs, Cambridge University Press, 2000. Please note that the symbols for the chemical elements of Titanium, Aluminum, Barium, Magnesium and Calcium are Ti, Al, Ba, Mg and Ca respectively, and that they are not to be found within this listing. Please also note that concentrations are provided at the parts per trillion level.

LAB TESTS ARE POSITIVE

A report from an independent consultant sent to a woman who had sent along three separate samples to be analyzed are attached on this page. The analysis report sent to this woman details proof that the samples contain metals and other elements that are known to be used in aerosol programs. The breakdown of the levels of contamination are attached to this page.

THE PLASMA FREQUENCY: RADAR APPLICATIONS

This work details an analysis made that indicates that one of the primary applications of the aerosol operations is likely to involve the advanced use of radar technology for military purposes. Discussion ensues of the definition of plasma, with plasma being an ionized gas consisting of ions and free electrons distributed over a region in space. The effect of aerosol operations can lead to no other logical conclusion except that the lower atmosphere itself has been altered to a plasma state. The importance of the concept of ‘plasma frequency’ is outlined in a quote from Richard Feynman: “This natural resonance of a plasma has come interesting effects. For example, if one tries to propagate a radio wave through the ionosphere, one finds that it can penetrate only if its frequency is higher than the plasma frequency. Otherwise the signal is reflected back. We must use high frequencies if we wish to communicate with a satellite in space. On the other hand, if we wish to communicate with a radio station beyond the horizon, we must use frequencies lower than the plasma frequency, so that the signal will be reflected back to earth.” A detailed discussion of the calculations of the plasma frequency for the ionosphere ensues in this work that supports the notion that a significant application of the aerosol operations may well involve the propagation of radio waves over extended distances. There are numerous military and electromagnetic propagation applications that become evident from this finding.

A LEADING CAUSE OF DEATH

The mortality statistics in the US for 1999 have been released by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) on June 26, 2001. The results of this report beg these questions (and others): 1)Why is one of the 5 leading causes of death no “Chronic lower respiratory disease”? 2)Why was the former leading death category “Chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases and allied conditions” changed for the 1999 data to now read “Chronic lower respiratory disease”?
