AEROSOL ANOMALIES

AEROSOL ANOMALIES

Two sets of photographs from separate photographers in North Carolina have been sent in to Clifford Carnicom and have been posted on his website. The photos in both cases show unusual ring-shaped or disc-like objects. The photos in one case are quite clear and remarkable. The fact that the second set was even captured is also fortunate. A statement from the photographer in each case will follow the images that have been submitted. These photographs raise several questions about at least some aspects of the aerosol operations and they appear to defy any conventional perception of aircraft. The accompanying "emission trail" with the ring like structure of the first set is especially curious.
AND NOW OUR CHILDREN

AND NOW OUR CHILDREN

Research on blood samples from numerous individuals continues in this paper, and there are three main points up to this time in the study of anomalies found in the blood of these people: 1) The preliminary assessment on the nature of the two primary structural forms within the blood appears that Chlamydiae or Chlamydiae-like organisms could be the leading candidate for investigation in the Morgellon's pursuit as well as in the investigation of the aerosol operations. Readers may wish to review the Carnicom paper titled ’MORGELLONS: AGENTS OF INFECTION’ (dated January 1, 2008); 2) The vast majority of blood samples observed are showing various degrees of anomalous form, and the degree of this damage appears to correspond directly to the number of anomalous structures that are found in any individual sample; and 3) The anomalies in the blood samples have transcended age....they have now been observed in the same form within the blood of a nine year old child. Microscopic images of this young child are provided in this work in support of the above claims and observations. It can be noted in the images presented that cellular integrity damage is apparent in these photographs and sub-micron structures are often visible, and the degree of cellular damage appears to correspond directly to the number of chlamydia-like structures within the blood cells.
EXTRAORDINARY BIOLOGICAL OBSERVATIONS

EXTRAORDINARY BIOLOGICAL OBSERVATIONS

Further microscopy analysis of biological materials collected with HEPA air filters is presented here, as a continuation of roughly five years of similar study by Clifford Carnicom. Pictures of biological growths in petri dishes after various incubation periods are attached for consideration by others in identifying these biologicals. Of note is the striking difference between the control group growth, which remains constant over time, and the cultures developed from HEPA-weak saline solution that continue to flourish.
ORBS REQUIRE CONSIDERATION

ORBS REQUIRE CONSIDERATION

Reports of orbs, or lighted spheres, have occurred frequently during recent years and these reports appear to frequently coincide with the aerosol operations. Isolated but credible photographs of such orbs have been brought to Clifford Carnicom's attention in the past, but Carnicom refrained from presenting this information due to the lack of corroboration and redundancy in the imagery evidence that is available. Presented in this paper are pictures and a video of an orb that he witnessed in Santa Fe, New Mexico on March 10, 2004 while filming aerosol operations. The character of the object is generally that of a ball of light, and examination of the video reveals several interesting aspects: the physics of motion of the object defy common explanation; there is no obvious propulsion system visible; and the movement of the object is generally non-linear.
TIME

TIME

Basing concern on a hypothesis forwarded to him by an as of now unidentified source, Clifford Carnicom investigates the possibility that the aerosol programs are being used to change the rotational speed of the earth. This hypothesis purports the onset of major geophysical changes and life extinction cycles in the foreseeable and upcoming decades. The impact upon the earth and life from such events is extraordinary and beyond the realm of consideration for many people. A quote by Carl Sagan brings the possibility of the above claims in line with reality: “extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.” The hypothesis that was passed to Carnicom states that there is an attempt to use the aerosols to increase the rotational speed of the earth. Recognition that the onset of heavy aerosol spraying started late 1998 into early 1999, Carnicom chose to look at yearly earth rotational data from the United States Naval Observatory and the International Earth Rotation Service (Atomic time and actual rotational speed of the earth) to ascertain any change in earth rotational speed. Coincidentally, there is an unexpected sustained increase of the earth’s rotation, starting in late 1998/early 1999, when compared to many years of historical record. Whether this change in rotation has been induced artificially will need to be researched and determined. Of significant note here should be that the reader understand that the records of the earth rotation from the United States Naval Observatory and the International Earth Rotation Service were abruptly discontinued to the public.

ERYTHROCYTES: MAY 22

Employing the method or electrostatic precipitation, a 7th out of 8 atmospheric samples collected in Santa Fe, New Mexico on May 22, 2001, positively identifies erythrocytes (red blood cells) being in the sample. Images of these cells are included in this work, magnified approximately 5000x.
“ORANGE MARKER” QUESTION

“ORANGE MARKER” QUESTION

Over the course of several months, many individuals who participate on the www.carnicom.com chat board came to experience the unusual event whereby these individuals noticed bright orange fluorescent spots on their faces and especially in the nasal region while under only a black light. The material of these orange spots was found to be difficult to wash off, but could be extracted by squeezing the skin around the spots. Pictures of the materials removed are attached in this paper. It is desired to have people from the health profession to provide input as to any known nature of this phenomenon. As well, anyone with laboratory resources who can help identify this is encouraged to contact the Carnicom Institute.
ADDITIONAL BIOLOGICAL COMPONENTS IDENTIFIED

ADDITIONAL BIOLOGICAL COMPONENTS IDENTIFIED

Microscopy stills are attached in this paper from fiber samples that had been previously evaluated in an earlier Carnicom paper named BIOLOGICAL COMPONENTS IDENTIFIED that was published on May 11, 2000. Though a portion of this same fiber sample was sent to EPA Administrator Carol M. Browner six months prior to this paper, to date, Ms. Browner refuses to identify the material in this sample.

SOUTH AFRICA FIBERS; NEWS REPORT CORROBORATES U.S. FINDINGS

A letter to the Rapport Newspaper in South Africa, Cape Edition on June 25, 2000 is the subject of this page. Sticky fibers were found falling from the sky and formed a blanket like appearance across fields, telephone poles, and barbed wire. Reports came in that cattle and lambs in the area had fallen ill after eating the ‘cotton-like fibers’, and farmers and town inhabitants believe the fiber origins are from airplanes seen in the area. These fibers sound identical to those found in the US and documented, tested and analyzed by the Carnicom Institute.
