NIPR ACTIVITY INCREASES

NIPR ACTIVITY INCREASES

Visitation activity by NIPR.mil (NIPR = Department of Defense Network Operations (NIPRnet)) has increased dramatically over the last few days to www.carnicom.com. Responses to an elicitation by Clifford Carnicom on the message board for additional information about NIPR are included in this paper. One such reply offers the belief that the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) created NIPR so that NIPR is essentially a VERY secure, single point of contact for all Department of Defense (DoD) connections to the internet.
GEL COMPONENTS

GEL COMPONENTS

A gel sample, identical to two others previously identified, is analyzed in this paper. This sample was sent in by a witness who found numerous identical samples in her yard after small planes and helicopters flew over her house just before the samples were found. There appears to be a clear cellular structure in the sample that absorb iodine stain readily and become darkened in color. Reports of serious ill health have been associated with this gel material.

This article is a copy of a letter from Michael K. Gibson, Lt. Col., United States Air Force in response to to US Rep. Mark Green’s inquiry into aerosols, a.k.a. ‘chemtrails’. UNUSUAL TRAIL

UNUSUAL TRAIL

A witness captured a photograph of a highly unusual aerosoll on May 12, 2000 at Magalia, California around 7:45 pm. The section of the trail that was captured and sent to the Carnicom Institute shows a strange curving snake-like wave within the trail itself. The camera setup that was used to take the photo is described as well.
BIOLOGICAL COMPONENTS IDENTIFIED

BIOLOGICAL COMPONENTS IDENTIFIED

Further testing of ground fiber samples previously collected and analyzed (see papers titled AEROSOL GROUND SAMPLES) revealed biological components in the fibers - numerous red blood cells, white blood cells, and unidentified cell types have been found in the ground samples. The red blood cells, readily visible after being subjected to immersion oil, appear to possibly be of a freeze dried or desiccated nature. Numerous pictures from the microscope video show these biological as well as unidentified components. The surfaces of the cells appear to be modified in some way, but electron microscopy will likely be required to establish further detail.
POISONED SPRINGTIME

POISONED SPRINGTIME

Diane Harvey writes a moving letter giving an artist’s take on the realization that aerosol programs are fogging up the clear blue skies that she has grown up enjoying and seeing as a healing entity and an inspiration for her art work. She is moved to use words and phrases such as “…are the criminally insane frankenfolk we allow to run our lives deliberately toying with second degree murder and genocide?”, “there is a war being waged for the soul of humanity”, and “The truth is, we are fighting for everyone, and for every child born in the future”.

A CITIZEN’S CHRONICLE OF INQUIRIES

This page is a documentary as to the number of mailings that have been sent to politicians, television stations, the California Attorney General, the EPA and others by one Rick Moors. Mr. Moors also chronicles how many replies he has received, and each of Mr. Moor’s letters sent and received are included in this page. Each of the replies contains the standard ‘these trails are normal’ verbiage.
