There are many that serve to champion human rights with no return of fame and glory; they do so passionately and unselfishly to make this world a better place for us all. In many cases, we never even know who they are as the winds of public knowledge and awareness are often transient, and they soon pass us by. This page calls attention to only a few of such individuals that I have come to known over the years; those that follow below are entitled to honor and appreciation from each of us. Each of them has contributed in significant ways to the betterment of mankind. May they rest in peace.
