Here is a copy of the Certified Receipt showing EPA Administrator Carol M. Browner received Clifford Carnicom’s sample, but had yet to reply.
EPA CONTINUES TO BE ‘UNAWARE’
A lengthy letter from the EPA, sent to a concerned citizen and copied on this page, is a complete denial of the possibility of aerosols and aerosol operations. The letter speaks a common theme of denial that the spray lines, witnessed by an increasing number of people and spreading out across the sky, are simply normal contrail exhaust from aircraft engines.
THIRD GROUND SAMPLE RECEIVED
Pictures on this page show unusual samples from Sacramento, California that a witness sent in to the Carnicom Institute. These samples, which are white and of granular or powder form, are not at all similar to the fibrous microscopic samples sent in and discussed earlier. The significance of this ground sample, as well as the identification of it, remains unknown at this time.
COLORED CLOUDS
A witness sent in two photos that show colored clouds, possibly indicating chemicals in the clouds from aerosol spraying. Though the witness said you couldn’t see the colors with the naked eye, the colors in the videotape (and seen in the pictures posted on this page), pink, green, yellow and purple, stayed visible for about 2 minutes.

REPRESENTATIVE UDALL FAILS TO RESPOND
A comprehensive briefing package on the aerosol issue containing photographs, testimonies, research references and petitions for congressional action on this issue was hand delivered by a prominent media person to Congressional Representative Thomas Udall of New Mexico on September 2, 1999. After no response for evaluation was received back by late November 1999, second and third letters were sent asking for a reply from Representative Udall. Mr. Udall finally sent a form letter back in March of 2000 to the deliverer of the material, stating that he had made a request for Congress to hold hearings on this matter. A spokesman for Representative Udall later stated no such request had been made to Congress by Representative Udall.
WORLD NET DAILY ‘PASSES’ FOR THE TIME BEING
Notice has been received on 01-13-00 that the World Net Daily, a leading internet newspaper, will be 'passing' on the presentation of an article on the aerosol issue. Two days prior to this announcement, an impending article on the aerosol issue was indicated by this same newspaper. No specific reason for the cancellation or postponement of the article was stated, other than that the issue had been forwarded to higher editorial management.
