IONIZATION APPARENT

The question of whether of not visible light is sufficient to ionize the presumed metallic particulate material recently evidenced by photographs and video of January 3, 2001 is now answerable based on definitions and calculations discussed in this Carnicom paper. The ‘work force’ of metal is explained, which is crucial to the determination of the level of energy required for photo-ionization to take place. The results of the study done in this paper indicates that the energy available within visible light is sufficient to produce photo-ionization of barium particulate matter, and that midrange ultraviolet light is sufficient to produce photo-ionization of particulates of magnesium.

TELEPHONE TAP APPARENT

Clifford Carnicom’s phone line at this time exhibited anomalies that indicated the phone line was tapped. These indications included abrupt and erratic phone service to Carnicom’s residence with symptoms of repeated termination of conversations in mid-stream, failed connections, emergence of dial tones midstream, and various clicks and other sounds within the conversations. Though some of the more obvious indications of a phone tap went away after a while, those that continued were discrete, repeated and intermittent interruptions of phone conversation with clicks and momentary pauses of silence.

ELECTROSTATIC PRECIPITATION

This page is a call for citizens, professionals and independent researchers across the US to engage in researching the field of electrostatic precipitation, in addition to the pursuit of direct resolution filtering of the atmosphere in order to identify the particulate matter being emitted by aerosol planes.

IDENTICAL FIBER SAMPLES RECEIVED

This work contains fiber samples collected and more pictures of fiber samples that were sent to Carnicom from a witness in Joseph, Oregon on October 2, 2000. These samples are identical in both appearance and characteristic to those discussed in previous Carnicom papers. All four samples collected so far have been reviewed under a microscope, and these new samples are identical to those that were sent to the US EPA. These samples have been found to contain significant biological components.

ABSORPTION STUDY

This paper discusses estimates of the amount of electromagnetic energy absorbed by a particle of barium at various sizes and for varying wavelengths. Using the exponential attenuation law in combination with the definition of the coefficient of absorption, it is shown that energy absorption of a metallic particle is a function of particle size, conductivity, wavelength, and the permeability of the vacuum constant.

PARTICULATE PHOTOGRAPHS

This paper includes photographs taken from a video segment on January 3, 2001 in Santa Fe, New Mexico showing abundant particulate matter in the air falling from the sky after intense aerosol operations. Observations made at this time show these particulates to be on the order of sub-micron to several microns in size. The particulates in the photos appear to be white, highly reflective, electrically charged and likely of a metallic nature. Citizens, professionals, and activists across the country are encouraged to participate in this nationwide effort of research, disclosure and establishment of accountability.

RADIATION AND HAARP IMPLICATIONS

This paper discusses notes from current research, including characteristics of the element barium, biological aspects of ionizing radiation, HAARP, crystal chemistry and refractivity, HEPA air filters and more, as these pertain to current research being conducted.
