INSURANCE EXCLUSIONS

INSURANCE EXCLUSIONS

This page contains a letter sent to the Carnicom Institute by a citizen in Indianapolis, IN, stating that he had discovered new insurance exclusions to his homeowner policy. The first one is a ‘Pollution Exclusion’ that waives coverage for pollution and its effects. The actual exclusions are included on this page. From the Pollution Exclusion: “Pollution, in all its various forms, has become a major problem in this country. However, we don’t yet know the full extent of the problem, or the losses and damage that may result from this hazard.” The second exclusion is the ‘Communicable Disease Exclusion’. From this exclusion: “This endorsement states no coverage is provided under the liability coverage section of the Homeowners policy for injury arising out of the transmission of a communicable disease by an insured.”
Space Preservation Act of 2002 (Introduced in the House)

Space Preservation Act of 2002 (Introduced in the House)

The Space Preservation Act of 2001 (HR 2977) was changed to the Space Preservation Act of 2002 HR 3616, and was ratified by Congress. Unfortunately, most of the critical wording that was in HR 2977 (presented in the previous Carnicom work titled SPACE PRESERVATION ACT OF 2001 from October 2, 2001) that showed promise in protecting citizens of the world was removed. There is no mention of the need to restrict the use of chemicals or biologicals against human populations. The full text of this Act is presented here for comparison to the Act of 2001.
NATIONAL & GLOBAL NOTICE GIVEN

NATIONAL & GLOBAL NOTICE GIVEN

Informational packets containing research data by Clifford Carnicom have been put together and mailed to a long list of recipients, including politicians, biologists, university heads, the US Surgeon General, and other federal law enforcement officers. The contents of the information packets and the list of those they have been sent to are listed here.
ERYTHROCYTES: MAY 22

ERYTHROCYTES: MAY 22

Employing the method or electrostatic precipitation, a 7th out of 8 atmospheric samples collected in Santa Fe, New Mexico on May 22, 2001, positively identifies erythrocytes (red blood cells) being in the sample. Images of these cells are included in this work, magnified approximately 5000x.
AIR FORCE INCREASES RANK OF LIE

AIR FORCE INCREASES RANK OF LIE

Another letter from the government denies the existence of aerosol operations. This letter was received from Senator Diane Feinstein, who passed along the response from the United States Air Force, explaining that the spray trails being seen and analyzed are simply contrails. Of particular note is the US Air Force letter stating that the Air Force does not have cloud seeding capabilities, even though it is known that cloud seeding as a weapon was used (and admitted to) in the Viet Nam war against the North Vietnamese by the US Air Force.
ERYTHROCYTES: POSITIVE VISUAL IDENTIFICATION

ERYTHROCYTES: POSITIVE VISUAL IDENTIFICATION

Further testing of air samples from Santa Fe, New Mexico provides positive visual identification of the presence of erythrocytes (red blood cells). The magnification in this analysis (approximately 5000x) makes the case that biological components are now a regular feature of the atmosphere that we all breathe. These red blood cells, along with the particulate matter in the air, make the case for realizing these aerosol programs are crimes of the highest order being perpetrated on innocent citizens.
NIPR.MIL 10 1/2 HOUR VISIT

NIPR.MIL 10 1/2 HOUR VISIT

The United States Department of Defense Network Operations was found to have visited the website www.carnicom.com for a duration of 10 ½ hours. This visit was uninterrupted, and involved an inspection or review of 53 web pages within the www.carnicom.com web site. A description of the NIPR is of its being a VERY secure, single point of contact for all DoD connections to the internet. A previous Carnicom paper discussed this organization in more detail (NIPR ACTIVITY INCREASES).
NIPR ACTIVITY INCREASES

NIPR ACTIVITY INCREASES

Visitation activity by NIPR.mil (NIPR = Department of Defense Network Operations (NIPRnet)) has increased dramatically over the last few days to www.carnicom.com. Responses to an elicitation by Clifford Carnicom on the message board for additional information about NIPR are included in this paper. One such reply offers the belief that the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) created NIPR so that NIPR is essentially a VERY secure, single point of contact for all Department of Defense (DoD) connections to the internet.
IDENTICAL FIBER SAMPLES RECEIVED

IDENTICAL FIBER SAMPLES RECEIVED

This work contains fiber samples collected and more pictures of fiber samples that were sent to Carnicom from a witness in Joseph, Oregon on October 2, 2000. These samples are identical in both appearance and characteristic to those discussed in previous Carnicom papers. All four samples collected so far have been reviewed under a microscope, and these new samples are identical to those that were sent to the US EPA. These samples have been found to contain significant biological components.
UNITED STATES EPA REGION 4 ALSO ‘UNAWARE’

UNITED STATES EPA REGION 4 ALSO ‘UNAWARE’

This letter from the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to Senator Jess Helms, on behalf of one of Helms’ constituents, yet again obfuscates the reality of aerosol programs, and provides the typical denial of these programs as being normal ‘contrails’.
