ELF IN BANDELIER NATIONAL MONUMENT

A further case for tracking down the origin of Extremely Low Frequencies (ELF) with 4Hz multiples in the ambient atmosphere is made here. The measurements included in this page were registered using Carnicom’s latest circuit design at the Bandelier National Monument in New Mexico on January 25, 2003, and mimic the frequencies measured in Santa Fe in the earlier Carnicom paper titled ELF & THE HUMAN ANTENNA (dated January 19, 2003) except for one notable thing: the 60Hz frequency that was observed in Santa Fe is absent as expected from the measurements, as the 60Hz frequency is known to be produced by power lines, of which there are none at the Bandelier National Monument. The closest town from Bandelier is 6 miles, and in this National Monument there is expected to be little to no frequency interference from other known sources. One other significant finding in these measurements is that the ELF signals appear to be that of a highly pulsed nature, versus that of power line pulses and their 60Hz frequencies. Citizens across the globe are asked to replicate the results presented in these experiments. The circuit diagram for this test unit will be presented at a later time. A request is made for those in the electrical engineering fields to contribute modification to this design as well.

ELF CIRCUIT DESIGN

An updated circuit design to measure ambient Extremely Low Frequencies (ELF) is presented here with some modifications from earlier experiments. The circuit design itself is presented, as is the design for a loop antenna that is directional, meaning it can be rotated on its pole to determine the location of the ELF signal(s) being received by the circuit. Both sensitivity and bandwidth performance appear to be noticeably improved with this improved design. Further modifications will be added in later Carnicom papers. Those with electrical engineering knowledge are welcome to comment on the circuit and any inherent weaknesses or suggested improvements. It is advised that others around the globe construct this circuit, including any improvements that can be made, and report their results to the Carnicom Institute.

ELF & THE HUMAN ANTENNA

The presence of ambient Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) waves has again been verified on January 18, 2003 in Santa Fe New Mexico. The frequencies recorded by Clifford Carnicom show the same 4Hz multiples as his earlier readings, and these frequencies are likely of artificial design and with an undeclared purpose. A newer circuit used allows more sensitive measurements; sensitive enough to detect and register the electromagnetic presence of a person from several feet away. An additional topic of research is presented here as a possible correlation to the presence of these observed frequencies…that of the US military’s HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) high frequency pulses into the ionosphere that produce ELF frequencies. ELFs are used for earth penetration and subsurface communications, and though there is insufficient correlation between what is being measured in New Mexico and the HAARP waves, it is coincidental enough to be discussed in this paper. A most unexpected and unusual result of the current work is the role that the human being can assume in the detection of these frequencies. It has been found that the human organism, acting in conjunction with the primary large inductance coil (antenna) of the circuit, provides sufficient amplification to the signal to allow reliable detection and logging of the data. That is to say, if a human runs a wire in parallel from the skin to the inductor lead, the geometric form of these frequencies is easily detected.

ERYTHROCYTES, MATRIX & MOTILE BACTERIA

After again conducting microscopic sessions upon particulates collected from an outdoor HEPA filter in Santa Fe, NM in 2002 and finding unexpected biological components, Carnicom further asks the professional community for input to his findings. Images from this series of analysis, as well as those from earlier tests are presented, as are links to the previous research papers showing very similar results to this analysis and a description of the collection process used to collect these samples. NOTE: After asking for input from the professional community for help in analyzing these samples, a citizen on the Carnicom.com message board wrote giving input to the analysis that Carnicom has presented in this page. This person suggested that what Carnicom has been seeing in these samples is not bacteria, based on the fact that the samples were put into distilled water, and that red blood cells, when put in distilled water, will burst within seconds. The writer further claims that red blood cells are not ‘designed to live in a neutral environment’, but rather in salty environments, and that the samples look like pollen. Carnicom’s response to these claims is to seek further professional input. A main inconsistency in the citizen’s claims above include the fact that these appear to be altered (desiccated) blood cells, and such wouldn’t necessarily conform to the same reaction as normal red blood cells. Further modifications may have been applied to these cells as well, making them not susceptible to being destroyed by being placed in distilled water.

ELF DISRUPTION & COUNTERMEASURES

The presence of geometric patterns of ELF (Extremely Low Frequency) radiation continues to be detected by using different methods discussed in previous Carnicom papers. The ELF circuit described in the previous paper titled LF FREQUENCY MONITORING BEGINS (November 5, 2002) now behaves in a predictable and steady fashion. Negative effects of ELF radiation are covered, including: the effect of ELF on mental functioning; the suppression of the immune system; the effect upon free radical reactions; DNA and genetic influences; and the role of cyclotronic resonance in ELF-biological interactions. Also discussed are the promising results of electromedicine in alleviating the effects of ELF radiation on the human body.

ELF RADIATION IS CONFIRMED

As an extension of the previous Carnicom paper titled ELF FREQUENCY IDENTIFICATION (November 10, 2002), the presence of frequent or continuous ELF (Extremely Low Frequency) radiation at discrete frequencies that are multiples of 4Hz has been confirmed by two different methods. The first involves the use of an electronic ELF amplifier circuit that incorporates data logging, and the second involves the combination of an inductive-capacitive resonant circuit in conjunction with a gaussmeter and a signal generator. This information is provided due to the significant implications of this radiation on the biological and mental well-being of the populace.

ELF FREQUENCY IDENTIFICATION

Graphs are presented on this page showing the detected ELF (Extremely Low Frequencies) frequencies using the ELF-LF circuit tester devised in the previous Carnicom paper ELF EVIDENCE SURFACES (November 9, 2002). The graphing of these ELF signals in the ambient atmosphere under test include a plot of the frequencies, a data point view of these detected frequencies, and a trend analysis using a low frequency filter against the frequency plot.

ELF EVIDENCE SURFACES

Carnicom research up to this time indicates the apparent or possible presence of ambient ELF (Extremely Low Frequency) signals in the ambient atmosphere. Of concern here are serious implications of these ELF frequencies on human mental health. This paper describes how, through devising an ELF-LF circuit tester to explore the nature of resonant circuits and their behavior, the presence of ELF frequencies was detected with no apparent logical cause for these signals. Speculative discussion has emerged over the years between the potential linkage of the aerosol operations and the HAARP project and relevant technologies, making a strong case for expanded research on this subject.

A QUESTION OF ALFVEN?

A signal in the range of roughly 75-100KHz has been shown to be continuously present as measured by the ELF-LF (Extremely Low Frequency-Low Frequency) detection circuit, discussed in the previous Carnicom paper titled LF FREQUENCY MONITORING BEGINS (from November 5, 2002). This paper presents two theories as to the reason for this signal being ever present in the circuit. The first is the possibility of their being a resonant frequency being introduced into the circuit as a result of the op amp being used. The circuit itself is generating the reference signal, which can then be evaluated with respect to variations in frequency caused by external electromagnetic influences. Though this seems like a plausible explanation, Carnicom makes note of the fact that this ‘reference’ frequency varies over time, which raises further questions. The second explanation for the ‘reference’ frequency being seen in this circuit has to do with the existence of Alfven waves, and their relation to earlier historical discovery of the propagation of what are called Whistler waves. The presence of ELF waves in conjunction with the aerosol operations as a topic of research is discussed, as there are serious implications with respect to human health and mental functioning if such a propagation is ever verified.

LF FREQUENCY MONITORING BEGINS

This paper discusses a method to continuously monitor and analyze variations in the local electromagnetic field with a circuit that was originally developed for the detection of ELF (Extremely Low Frequency) radiation. These variations are an expression of the fluctuations in the magnetic field of the earth and the ionization characteristics of the atmosphere. A diagram of the circuit used for these measurements is included on this page, as is a discussion of how to interpret measurements made while using this device. The results of any data analysis will be discussed further at a later time. There remains a continuous call for conscientious professionals across most scientific, legal and medical disciplines to openly and publicly participate in disclosing the consequences of the aerosol operations to the people of this nation and the world.
