Further measurements of Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) waves were registered in the upper regions of Aspen Peak, New Mexico, on February 8, 2001. This location was chosen to avoid the 60Hz signals that are emitted by power lines in the United States, and the tests used a human antenna in parallel with the inductor in this circuit design (see the previous Carnicom paper titled ELF & THE HUMAN ANTENNA dated January 19, 2003 for the circuit design used, as well as an explanation of using a human body as an antenna). These waves detected are primarily multiples of 4Hz as in previous measurements, from 4-56Hz, which disturbingly is the same range as that of the human brain. Serious investigators who are interested in contributing to the state of knowledge on this issue are welcome to forward results to the Carnicom Institute. Any modifications and improvements that can be made to this circuit are welcome as well.
A further case for tracking down the origin of Extremely Low Frequencies (ELF) with 4Hz multiples in the ambient atmosphere is made here. The measurements included in this page were registered using Carnicom’s latest circuit design at the Bandelier National Monument in New Mexico on January 25, 2003, and mimic the frequencies measured in Santa Fe in the earlier Carnicom paper titled ELF & THE HUMAN ANTENNA (dated January 19, 2003) except for one notable thing: the 60Hz frequency that was observed in Santa Fe is absent as expected from the measurements, as the 60Hz frequency is known to be produced by power lines, of which there are none at the Bandelier National Monument. The closest town from Bandelier is 6 miles, and in this National Monument there is expected to be little to no frequency interference from other known sources. One other significant finding in these measurements is that the ELF signals appear to be that of a highly pulsed nature, versus that of power line pulses and their 60Hz frequencies.
Citizens across the globe are asked to replicate the results presented in these experiments. The circuit diagram for this test unit will be presented at a later time. A request is made for those in the electrical engineering fields to contribute modification to this design as well.
The presence of ambient Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) waves has again been verified on January 18, 2003 in Santa Fe New Mexico. The frequencies recorded by Clifford Carnicom show the same 4Hz multiples as his earlier readings, and these frequencies are likely of artificial design and with an undeclared purpose. A newer circuit used allows more sensitive measurements; sensitive enough to detect and register the electromagnetic presence of a person from several feet away. An additional topic of research is presented here as a possible correlation to the presence of these observed frequencies…that of the US military’s HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) high frequency pulses into the ionosphere that produce ELF frequencies. ELFs are used for earth penetration and subsurface communications, and though there is insufficient correlation between what is being measured in New Mexico and the HAARP waves, it is coincidental enough to be discussed in this paper. A most unexpected and unusual result of the current work is the role that the human being can assume in the detection of these frequencies. It has been found that the human organism, acting in conjunction with the primary large inductance coil (antenna) of the circuit, provides sufficient amplification to the signal to allow reliable detection and logging of the data. That is to say, if a human runs a wire in parallel from the skin to the inductor lead, the geometric form of these frequencies is easily detected.
As an extension of the previous Carnicom paper titled ELF FREQUENCY IDENTIFICATION (November 10, 2002), the presence of frequent or continuous ELF (Extremely Low Frequency) radiation at discrete frequencies that are multiples of 4Hz has been confirmed by two different methods. The first involves the use of an electronic ELF amplifier circuit that incorporates data logging, and the second involves the combination of an inductive-capacitive resonant circuit in conjunction with a gaussmeter and a signal generator. This information is provided due to the significant implications of this radiation on the biological and mental well-being of the populace.
Rainwater sample analysis is showing extraordinary levels of metallic particulates in these samples. A sample is presented here from rainwater collected on July 26, 2001 in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Distillation of the rainwater sample has been used so as to make the metallic particulates visible to the naked eye in test tubes. The pH of these rainwater samples has recently been measured at 7.6 or higher, demonstrating a level of alkalinity much higher than that expected in rainwater.
This page contains the letter from the Environmental Protection Agency stating that it is not the business of the EPA to test the sample that had been sent to them 18 months prior, asking that an analysis be performed on fibrous material that had been collected after aerosol operations.
Evidence continues to accumulate that certain metals (i.e. magnesium and barium), as well as certain biological and fibrous components, are established as the core elements of the aerosol operations in progress. This paper describes testing of rainwater samples from Santa Fe, New Mexico that shows substantial amounts of elemental magnesium within the atmosphere. There is now a need for the extensive collection of rainfall samples by citizens to validate or refute these results outlined above.
Barium and barium compounds are the only elements that satisfy a list of conditions, observations, and analyses that are included in this paper in the investigation of the aerosol operations. Barium Titanate is under review due to the following property: “…crystals of barium titanate, a material that can capture the pulses of certain electromagnetic frequencies in the way that a radio can pick up certain radio frequencies. When the crystal pulses, or resonates, it produces electric power.” Source – A New Physics for a New Energy Source by Jeanne Manning
Claims by sources that include the EPA, NOAA, FAA and NASA that contrails, or water vapor trails, may persist for extended periods under conditions of higher relative humidity are taken to task in this Carnicom work. Working from a foundation Carnicom calls the “Relative Humidity Thought Experiment”, Carnicom develops the reality that the rate of evaporation of the contrails is inversely proportional to the humidity in the atmosphere. Carnicom develops a mathematical model to test this idea, and shows that even at high levels of relative humidity, the effect on the evaporation times is generally insignificant and minor. The truth now includes overwhelming evidence that the populace has been systematically subjected to a covert, extensive and sustained project of aircraft aerosol dissemination without their consent.
Further testing of air samples from Santa Fe, New Mexico provides positive visual identification of the presence of erythrocytes (red blood cells). The magnification in this analysis (approximately 5000x) makes the case that biological components are now a regular feature of the atmosphere that we all breathe. These red blood cells, along with the particulate matter in the air, make the case for realizing these aerosol programs are crimes of the highest order being perpetrated on innocent citizens.
This work contains fiber samples collected and more pictures of fiber samples that were sent to Carnicom from a witness in Joseph, Oregon on October 2, 2000. These samples are identical in both appearance and characteristic to those discussed in previous Carnicom papers. All four samples collected so far have been reviewed under a microscope, and these new samples are identical to those that were sent to the US EPA. These samples have been found to contain significant biological components.

This specifically states that a person exposed to human experimentation should be made aware of such experiments and possible ramifications, and should have the right to refuse being a guinea pig for such experiments.
