RADIATION AND HAARP IMPLICATIONS

RADIATION AND HAARP IMPLICATIONS

This paper discusses notes from current research, including characteristics of the element barium, biological aspects of ionizing radiation, HAARP, crystal chemistry and refractivity, HEPA air filters and more, as these pertain to current research being conducted.
BARIUM IDENTIFICATION FURTHER CONFIRMED

BARIUM IDENTIFICATION FURTHER CONFIRMED

Further studies with a diffraction grating spectrometer have more definitively affirmed the identification of barium in the atmosphere as a result of aircraft aerosol activities. All research conducted so far continues to indicate a unique match to the element of barium. Additional work that has been completed also eliminates further candidates from the periodic table as being in the atmosphere. Three progressions of logic to support the identification of barium in the atmosphere are discussed in this paper.
BARIUM AFFIRMED BY SPECTROSCOPY

BARIUM AFFIRMED BY SPECTROSCOPY

The unusual presence of the element barium in the atmosphere now appears to have been affirmed through the methods of spectroscopy. The results of current research are no sufficient to establish an analytical basis for the formal investigation of radical atmospheric changed induced by relatively recent aircraft aerosol operations. This Carnicom work further confirms the recent findings that have substantiated the unusual presence of an alkaline salt form in the atmosphere, as revealed through recent pH tests conducted around the country.
ADDITIONAL FIBER PHOTOS RECEIVED

ADDITIONAL FIBER PHOTOS RECEIVED

Additional fiber samples were sent to Carnicom that were found in Diamond Springs, California, Rancho Murietta, California, and Folsom, California. The material in these samples appears to be identical to that analyzed and documented previously. These samples also appear to be identical to those samples sent to the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the agency that refuses to identify the material in the samples. Photos of these samples are shown in this paper.
ATMOSPHERIC SALT CONFIRMED

ATMOSPHERIC SALT CONFIRMED

It has been deduced and established from earlier Carnicom work and research (see earlier papers ‘A Case for Testing’ ‘Eight Conditions’, ‘Drastic pH Conditions’, ‘pH Test Alert’, ‘20 Times’, and ‘pH Test Results’) that a case for testing the atmosphere, water, and soil for alkaline salts exists. Testing of rainwater samples across the United States shows an approximate twenty fold increase in the level of hydroxide ions found in rainwater in the year 2000 versus a baseline period from 1990-1999. This paper discusses an experiment where electrical current applied to rainwater samples results in a chemical reaction that proves the presence of an electrolyte (salt form).
PROJECT REPORT NO. 1

PROJECT REPORT NO. 1

This paper is an outline of an investigative study group (composed of researchers with backgrounds in disciplines such as electronics, communications, medicine and others) formed to give an understanding of aerosol programs and other related scientific, government, and military programs going on in the United States. This report covers aspects of aerosol programs, including but not limited to weather modification, experiments, scalar weapons, High Frequency Active Auroral Research Project (HAARP), ongoing research and development by the government and military, and others. This report was devised in order to get people to focus on the critical and dangerous nature of these programs, and was added to the Carnicom website.
OFFICIAL RESPONSES TO AEROSOL OPERATION INQUIRIES

OFFICIAL RESPONSES TO AEROSOL OPERATION INQUIRIES

Numerous response letters and other documents are provided in this paper that have been received from government and military agencies in response to inquiries sent to them regarding growing alarm over aerosol programs. These replies vary in their misinformation, contain lies, fabrications and denials of such programs, and have been sent from entities such as the Air Force, Secretary of Defense, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Greenpeace, Attorney Generals, and more.
EIGHT CONDITIONS

EIGHT CONDITIONS

Further exploring the need for increased testing of rainwater for pH is the subject of this paper. Eight conditions for identifying components of aerosol particulates are presented as hypotheses that if proven true will help identify these particulates being salts and trace metals such as barium and strontium.
A CASE FOR TESTING

A CASE FOR TESTING

A logical case has been developed within this article to substantiate the need for environmental testing of barium or barium compounds in our water, air and soil based on the progression of the following: 1)Meteorological studies of aerosol particulates being introduced into the atmosphere 2)Information from a highly credible source 3)Chemistry analysis of barium and barium compounds 4)pH testing of rainwater for alkalinity/acidity 5)Collection of physical samples after aerosol spraying 6)Testing of collected samples against a hypothesis that these samples are barium based 7)Solubility and equilibrium considerations of barium and barium compounds 8)Environmental testing (water, soil, air)

SAMPLES REQUIRE IDENTIFICATION (detail 3)

The following sample requires identification. Those with further knowledge in mycology or microbiology are encouraged to respond. If any readers believe that they are able to identify the following materials, please respond with email to info@carnicominstitute.org or post a public message on the message board. Thank you.
ADDITIONAL BIOLOGICAL COMPONENTS IDENTIFIED

ADDITIONAL BIOLOGICAL COMPONENTS IDENTIFIED

Microscopy stills are attached in this paper from fiber samples that had been previously evaluated in an earlier Carnicom paper named BIOLOGICAL COMPONENTS IDENTIFIED that was published on May 11, 2000. Though a portion of this same fiber sample was sent to EPA Administrator Carol M. Browner six months prior to this paper, to date, Ms. Browner refuses to identify the material in this sample.
