A DEFICIENCY FROM COAST TO COAST

A DEFICIENCY FROM COAST TO COAST

This work is a collection of reflections by Clifford Carnicom presented to the reader as an editorial comment, with the underlying motive to express concern and alarm at the failure of the last bastions of the free press and media to serve the public interest. The impetus for this work was the characterization of recent aerosol operations on his Coast to Coast radio show as being a “belief” by “thousands” of individuals across the country. In the face of such ignorance, there remains a deficiency in the media that requires confrontation, exposure and accountability to serve the larger and more important goals of public awareness, knowledge and activism.
INEXPENSIVE FILTRATION

INEXPENSIVE FILTRATION

Included here is a homemade filtration device (a box fan with a furnace filter attached) that is effective in filtering particulates down to 5-1- microns in size. Though not intended to be a substitute for a HEPA filter (filtration down to .3 microns), this construct is a simple and inexpensive means to improve air quality in a room or other controlled environment. Pictures of the filter after being use for up to 6 weeks are included.
DROUGHT INDUCEMENT

DROUGHT INDUCEMENT

Recent analysis leads to the conclusion that the extensive and systematic aerosol operations being conducted across the planet are aggravating the elevated drought conditions now being observed. This two part discussion centers upon heat aspects of the atmosphere. This first section introduces the concept of ‘specific heat’ of a substance (the amount of heat required to flow into a substance to produce a one degree rise in temperature), and how that helps address the specific question: Given that the air of the earth has a specific heat value, what would be the projected heat effect of introducing metallic particulate aerosols (namely aluminum, barium, magnesium, titanium and calcium) into the atmosphere?’ The second part of this discussion expands the above dialogue to show, in mathematical form, that with the exception of magnesium, each of the elements listed above has a specific heat less than that of air. This allows us to conclude that the introduction of each of these elements with a specific heat less than that of air would have the effect of increasing the temperature of the modified air for a given amount of heat. These results convey significant consequences on the health of the planet and the atmosphere. It is reiterated that the citizens of this nation and earth have the duty to force full accountability, disclosure and cessation of the aircraft aerosol operations which remain in progress.

PROPOSITION 65 SKY,Posted on behalf of Mike Castle

A proposal to stop aerosol programs, written up by concerned citizens, is the subject of this paper. The proposed program is called Proposition 65 Sky, and its purpose is Ceasing Aerial Chemical Treatment of the Unified Atmosphere/Stratosphere, within the earth’s gravity field (CACTUS). Included in this proposal are the goals, purpose, and scope of the citizen designed program to stop aerosol operations and to limit electromagnetic frequency radiation (EMF).
THE EXPECTED COMPOSITION

THE EXPECTED COMPOSITION

The following information on the expected composition of the atmosphere is from the book entitled "Introduction to Atmospheric Chemistry", by Peter V. Hobbs, Cambridge University Press, 2000. Please note that the symbols for the chemical elements of Titanium, Aluminum, Barium, Magnesium and Calcium are Ti, Al, Ba, Mg and Ca respectively, and that they are not to be found within this listing. Please also note that concentrations are provided at the parts per trillion level.
LAB TESTS ARE POSITIVE

LAB TESTS ARE POSITIVE

A report from an independent consultant sent to a woman who had sent along three separate samples to be analyzed are attached on this page. The analysis report sent to this woman details proof that the samples contain metals and other elements that are known to be used in aerosol programs. The breakdown of the levels of contamination are attached to this page.
INSURANCE EXCLUSIONS

INSURANCE EXCLUSIONS

This page contains a letter sent to the Carnicom Institute by a citizen in Indianapolis, IN, stating that he had discovered new insurance exclusions to his homeowner policy. The first one is a ‘Pollution Exclusion’ that waives coverage for pollution and its effects. The actual exclusions are included on this page. From the Pollution Exclusion: “Pollution, in all its various forms, has become a major problem in this country. However, we don’t yet know the full extent of the problem, or the losses and damage that may result from this hazard.” The second exclusion is the ‘Communicable Disease Exclusion’. From this exclusion: “This endorsement states no coverage is provided under the liability coverage section of the Homeowners policy for injury arising out of the transmission of a communicable disease by an insured.”
RAINWATER – SUBMITTAL

RAINWATER – SUBMITTAL

This work shows a visual/pictorial comparison of four different water solutions that a citizen sent in to the Carnicom Institute. The four solutions are 1) colloidal silver in water, 2) rainwater from Diamond Springs, CA from 1-27-2002, 3) tap water, and 4) distilled water. This person used a laser beam to illuminate the particles of metal in the solution, with the tap water and distilled water used for comparison purposes. The colloidal silver and the rainwater shine much brighter than the tap and distilled water, with brightness associated with the amount of metals in the water solutions.
Space Preservation Act of 2002 (Introduced in the House)

Space Preservation Act of 2002 (Introduced in the House)

The Space Preservation Act of 2001 (HR 2977) was changed to the Space Preservation Act of 2002 HR 3616, and was ratified by Congress. Unfortunately, most of the critical wording that was in HR 2977 (presented in the previous Carnicom work titled SPACE PRESERVATION ACT OF 2001 from October 2, 2001) that showed promise in protecting citizens of the world was removed. There is no mention of the need to restrict the use of chemicals or biologicals against human populations. The full text of this Act is presented here for comparison to the Act of 2001.

CENTREX NEWS: PUBLIC CORRECTION REQUIRED ADDITIONAL CORRECTION REQUIRED J. SKOUSEN PROVIDES CORRECTIONS

Clifford Carnicom requests that journalists correct errors in their reporting. One case in point is an article by William Thomas titled “Air Traffic Controllers Concerned Over Chemtrails”, where Mr. Thomas incorrectly claims “According to NASA and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, contrails can only form at temperatures below minus 76 degrees…” Clifford Carnicom sent an included letter on this page to CentrexNews.com asking that Mr. Thomas’ article be corrected to state the contrails can only form in temperatures below minus 40 degrees. Mr. Joel Skousen promptly replied and made the corrections for Mr. Carnicom.

JEFF RENSE INTERVIEW with CLIFFORD CARNICOM AEROSOLS and ELECTROMAGNETISM

Included here is the entire interview between Jeff Rense and Clifford Carnicom from November 2001. This interview covers what is known regarding aerosol operations, as well as discussion of many of Carnicom’s research papers and their meaning for humanity. Topics covered include how the skies were empty of any spraying activity in the weeks after the World Trade Tower attacks on September 11, 2001, the EPA’s refusal to analyze fiber samples sent to them by Carnicom, results of water sample testing and much more.
