PARTICULATES REAFFIRMED

Video documentation reaffirms the presence of abundant particulate matter in the atmosphere in Santa Fe, New Mexico on January 4, 2001. Six separate sessions of video have been conducted for this purpose, and each shows abundant, and by all appearances ionized, particulate matter. The previous Carnicom paper ‘PARTICULATE PHOTOGRAPHS – January 2001’ is related to these same observations.

pH DATA CONFLICT

A report from the United States Geological Survey outlining the pH conditions across the US are in direct contrast to those readings that US citizens are reporting. Both sets of reports are included in this work showing the two different pH reading reports from both sources. If such a conflict does indeed exist, this will further intensify the need and demand for independent professional conduct and verification of pH rainfall test results across the entire US.

VISIBILITY STANDARDS CHANGED

The United States National Climatic Data Center, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, changed their visibility reporting methods, as well as data results, from a maximum 40 miles to a limit of 10 miles. It is of question why this change was made, and whether it is related to the increasing numbers of aerosol observations. Graphs are shown for the period January 1994 to March 2001 for Santa Fe, New Mexico, showing not only the changes to the reporting standards, but also if is seen that the number of days of visibility under 10 miles is substantially increased.

MAR 26 2001 HEPA: CELLS NOT FOUND

A third HEPA filter sample from Santa Fe, New Mexico was analyzed under a microscope with no red blood cells being found. This filter sample was collected 10 feet above ground for a duration of 10 days. These results are in stark contrast to the samples analyzed in February 25 and March 16, 2001. There remains abundant particulate and potential organic matter which requires further identification in all samples that have been acquired. These results demonstrate the need for continuous monitoring of the atmosphere at the microscopic level to ascertain the presence (or lack thereof) of certain biological components. The need for professional and independent medical, biological and chemical analysis of any HEPA atmospheric filter samples remains constant.

CONTRAIL DISTANCE FORMATION MODEL

This paper outlines a model developed that estimates the distance behind the engines that a contrail (condensed trail of water vapor) is expected to form. The model results support exceptionally well a statement issued by the United States Air Force (USAF) that ‘contrails become visible roughly about a wingspan distance behind the aircraft’. An abundance of photographic and video evidence shows the repeated formation of aerosol trails in much closer proximity to the engines than that established by the USAF. The evaluation presented in this work adds to the multitude of studies that conclusively demonstrate that the emissions from aerosol operations are not composed primarily of water vapor. A very detailed model calculation is presented supporting these claims.

COLORADO HEPA BIOLOGICALS CONFIRMED

A second HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) filter sample was received from Aspen, Colorado and was analyzed under microscope. This HEPA filter ran for five days approximately 15 feet above ground. This filter shows the frequent presence of biological materials. Visual analysis of the cellular materials appear so show erythrocytes (red blood cells), based on the uniformity, color, size and bi-concave nature of the cells. The results of this analysis show these samples to be exactly identical to the first HEPA filter analysis done in an earlier paper (HEPA BIOLOGICALS CONFIRMED). Two earlier airborne samples of fibrous samples also show the presence of similar biological components. These results again demonstrate the urgent need for independent, professional and verifiable biological identification and medical analysis of the samples which are being disclosed. Considering these two samples of biologicals are identical, from locations 250 miles apart in the US, obviates the urgency for this sampling process to be extended across the entire nation.

William Thomas’ response to a USA Today article that was run March 7, 2001 is the subject of this Carnicom work. The USA Today article ridicules the notion that contrails are actually aerosol spraying programs, as espoused by Clifford Carnicom and others.

MAGNETOHYDRODYNAMIC (MHD) CONSIDERATIONS

As evidence continues to accumulate that the ionization level of the atmosphere has been modified in a significant way as a result of aircraft aerosol operations, a new topic on research in this area is the topic of magnetohydrodynamics (MHD). MHS is the “study of the interactions between a conducting field and a magnetic field”. An explanation of Bernard Eastlund’s 1987 patent number 4686605 in included in this paper and details that a particular ‘advantage’ of an MHS generator is that they can be made to generate large amounts of power with a small volume, lightweight device. As a weapon, the use of MHD in weapons is endless. With an effective MHD defense system in place, it is possible to use magnets, harnessing only the power of air, to create huge electric forces.

FALSE STATEMENT ISSUED

Clifford Carnicom refutes accusations that he misinformed about the nature of contrails, as well as the accusation that Carnicom is spreading propaganda in order to make money off videos etc. that are sold to a scared public.

HEPA BIOLOGICALS CONFIRMED

Testing with a standard HEPA air filter revealed the existence of biological components in the atmosphere. The air filter was placed 10 feet off the ground, within a non-agricultural, non-industrial, high desert rural area, and the exposure time for the test was one week. The results of this work indicate biological components which again satisfy all the visual characteristics of red blood cells in air samples taken. The methods used in this testing of filtering and identification are now available to all citizens with modest means. The identification of the cell types found, and an accountability for their existence is of critical importance to the public welfare, and it is hoped that independent researchers, professionals and activists will contribute to that cause.
