ELF 2005 : POSITIVE IDENTIFICATION

Initial RF radiation detection testing detailed in this work was conducted from November 2002 to April 2003, and extended research into the conductivity changes in our modified atmosphere has necessitated a return to this topic by Clifford Carnicom, discussed here. The repeated detection of this radiation indicates that this represents a continuous and fundamental change in the global electromagnetic environment. The detection of sustained Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) radiation is positively confirmed. The indication is that this phenomenon is expected to be global in scope, due to the extreme wavelengths associated with these frequencies. The detection of this radiation puts forth the foreboding prospect of many applications and implications, including those of military, biological, psychological, health, energy, weapon systems and geophysical natures. The discovery of the fundamental 4Hz frequency in these tests has profound geophysical implications for the earth. There is no known natural source for its origin at this time. There is extensive literature and evidence on the potentially detrimental biological, psychological and health effects upon humans of this radiation type, and should it be determined to be of artificial origin, the intent and purpose of this radiation is subject to public challenge.

MAGNETIC FIELD MEASUREMENT

In this paper, Clifford Carnicom tests the premise that there have been recent reports of a magnetic field orientation change in certain locations of up to five degrees. Any relatively sudden directional change in the orientation of the magnetic field of up to five degrees would be a phenomenal event. A digital logging magnetometer is often running at Carnicom's location (Santa Fe, New Mexico), and attention is focused on unusual magnetic field activity. A measurement has been taken at this location on this date, and it is reported there is no unusual or unexpected value of magnetic declination occurring on this date, and at this time and location.

PRELIMINARY FINDINGS

A fundamental question exists as to whether or not it is feasible that the aerosol operations that have been observed and investigated for many years could affect the kinetic energy state of the earth. Clifford Carnicom builds upon previous data and research to discuss this possibility in this work, with additional data to support the likelihood that the aerosol programs are indeed causing not only a deceleration of the earth’s rotation, but that it’s in a non-linear fashion, meaning the deceleration rate is actually increasing. Discussion continues and examines the implications of a deceleration of the earth’s rotation. It can’t be overemphasized that the prospects and implications of an increasing deceleration component need to be given serious consideration by everyone, as even small changes in time (earth rotational speed) will translate into large changes in the kinetic energy of the earth. Geophysical events of greater magnitude and disturbance are expected as a result, such as earthquakes, volcano eruptions, etc. Further items explored include the relationship between changes in the Schumann resonance and the electron density of the ionosphere, how the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Project (HAARP) also affects the geophysical state of the earth, and how a decrease in the rotational speed of the earth will cause a decrease in the earth’s magnetic field. THE OCTOBER SOLAR STORM

There appears to be a correspondence between the magnitude of magnetic disturbance that results from an extreme solar storm and the magnitude of apparently artificial ELF-VLF pulse data that has been previously recorded by Clifford Carnicom in the paper titled MAGNETICS, AEROSOLS & VLF (dated April 13, 2003). This indicates that any artificially generated pulsed data that has been recorded by this same magnetometer, as is shown in this paper, may also be acting on a global level. The role of the aerosols and the HAARP facility and the propagation of ELF-VLF energy, as is referenced in the previous Carnicom paper referenced above should also be a consideration in the comparison which is made in this work. A graph attached to this page showing the magnitude of the magnetic disturbance captured and described above is compared to the graph of the anomalous magnetometer data recorded on April 5, 2003 in the aforementioned paper MAGNETICS, AEROSOLS & VLF. It will be noted that the magnitude of the pulsed and apparently artificial data is on the same order as that which results from the extreme solar storm recorded.

MAGNETICS, AEROSOLS & VLF

There appears to be an increasingly obvious connection between the existence of aerosol banks close to ground level, the existence of extreme variations in local magnetic field intensity, and the existence of highly pulsed VLF data. This paper outlines existing theories and new ones, and shows the continuing correlations among these theories with observations and data collected during Carnicom’s experiments. Graphics shown on this page are the result of testing done on April 5, 2003, and give the reader an idea of how anomalous the magnetic and VLF readings were throughout the day in direct connection with these lowered aerosol banks and increased winds. The presence of lowered aerosol banks appears to be increasingly important toward the capture of this data. There is also an increasing likelihood that the existence of these pulses is associated with sunlight. Such pulses have yet to be captured under periods of darkness or extensive cloud cover.

VLF PULSES RETURN 04/05

Very Low Frequency (VLF) pulse data has again been captured and graphed in this paper, after several days of relative inactivity. Carnicom notes that there seems to be a likelihood that the existence of these pulses is associated with sunlight. Such pulses have yet to be captured under periods of darkness or extensive cloud cover. The role of ionization with respect to the aerosol operations is to be strongly considered in the evaluation of this topic, as is the use of harmonics in evaluating the captured data. A quote from this paper comes from the Military’s Executive Summary of the HAARP program: “The military’s own Executive Summary of the HAARP program clearly stated their reliance on ELF waves. Instead of transmitting these waves from ground based transmitters, HAARP created these waves through the use of “pulse” transmissions of their HF energy beams. Or, to put it another way, HAARP duplicated the ELF signals by turning their signal on and off at rates (30 to 3000 cycles per second) within the ELF range. The result was that ELF radiation could be directed to a specific area on the surface of the planet, at will.”

DIRECTION OF ELF-VLF ENERGY VERIFIED

The direction from which the maximum Very Low Frequency-Extremely Low Frequency (VLF-ELF) originates has been verified from testing done in Santa Fe, New Mexico. This direction is in accordance with the expectation that the magnetic field lines of the earth are the primary carriers of this energy. Using a measurement test with a loop directional antenna, the results show that the maximum level of energy is received by the antenna in the direction from magnetic north to magnetic south. The test setup for this experiment is included in this paper. The following statement from the 1987 patent by Bernard Eastlund, generally regarded as an accurate template for the HAARP project, is presented as being especially relevant to the above finding: “This invention related to a method and apparatus for altering at least one selected region normally existing above the earth’s surface and more particularly related to a method and apparatus for altering said at least one region by initially transmitting electromagnetic radiation from the earth’s surface essentially parallel to and along naturally-occurring, divergent magnetic field lines which extend from the earth’s surface through the region or regions to be altered.” A knowledge of cyclotronic resonance (especially of physiologically important ions), circular polarization and HAARP technology will be of increasing importance to understand in relation to the aerosol operations.

ELF-VLF AUDIO FILES: A CONTRIBUTION

VLF PULSES AND HAARP

Very Low Frequency (VLF) pulse data has been captured and logged on March 23, 2003 using Carnicom’s ELF circuit from previous experiments. These VLF frequencies operate at 1KHz-34KHz in the radio spectrum. Images of the frequencies observed and logged are attached to this page. The graphing of these frequencies appears to indicate either harmonics and/or using a mixing of signals being factors in the existence of these VLF signals. A 4TH PATTERN OBSERVED : PERIODIC PULSE AT 5 SEC. INTERVALS

A fourth unique pattern of Extremely Low Frequency-Very Low Frequency (ELF-VLF) reception has now been logged. The graph on this page shows a periodic pulse occurring approximately every 4.75 seconds. The graph shown is a spectral analysis of the raw data collected, where the energy can be observed to be concentrated at a frequency of approximately .21 seconds, corresponding to the pulses which occur approximately every 5 seconds. Details of the setup for this capture are described in this paper.

VLF ‘PULSE SWITCHING’ REPEATED

A pattern of anomalous Very Low Frequency (VLF) has again detected and recorded in Santa Fe, New Mexico on March 15, 2003. This marks the second time that unusual VLF patterns have been observed and measured within a 2 week period. Refer to the previous Carnicom paper titled A THIRD PATTERN OBSERVED: VERY LOW FREQUENCY PULSE SWITCHING (dated March 1, 2003) for another capture of this type of pattern. The testing procedure is similar to the previous few experiments, and is detailed on this page. It is hoped other citizens will begin the process of circuit construction to examine the findings that have been reported on this site during the last few months. It is in the interest of the general health of the population that such testing occurs.

A THIRD PATTERN OBSERVED : VERY LOW FREQUENCY PULSE SWITCHING

A third significant pattern in the Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) to Very LOW Frequency (VLF) portion of the electromagnetic spectrum has now been observed and recorded. The pattern is one of a series of higher frequencies followed by a series of lower frequencies, with a period of approximately 60-100 seconds for each group of pulses. There is no known local or residential origin for these signals. The current VLF observations are significant in that they are not continuously occurring; three segments of approximately 15 minutes duration were observed in Santa Fe, New Mexico on March 1, 2001. The switching and pulse nature of the observations abruptly ceases and starts, as is shown in graphs on this page. There is no gradual transition between the different phases, and the variation in frequencies appears to be the direct result of a constructed modulation system.
