THE THEFT OF SUNLIGHT

THE THEFT OF SUNLIGHT

This is a discussion about measurements recently taken with a calibrated photometer that measure the reduction in intensity of sunlight that occurs as a direct result of heavy aerosol operations. These measurements expose a rapid reduction in the transmission of sunlight coinciding with photographs presented on this page that show the aircraft aerosol trails systematically increasing the extent of the aerosol bank. Interesting to note, is that rather than reducing the temperature of the earth and lower atmosphere, the aerosol operations commonly have the opposite effect of increasing temperature and aggravating, if not inducing drought conditions. This is a result of a combination of factors, including the specific heats of the elements involved as well as the hygroscopic properties of the aerosols. Physical and chemical analysis of the aerosol dynamics will lead to the expected observations of increased temperature, decreased moisture and an increase in winds.
TIME & ROTATION CHANGES SUSTAINED

TIME & ROTATION CHANGES SUSTAINED

This paper is to provide notice that all data collected thus far during the last four months continues to support the existence of anomalous time variations, and subsequently, anomalous earth rotational changes. Efforts are now directed towards the detection of an acceleration component (actually, a deceleration). All data collected thus far continues to support the hypothesis of the existence of the slowing of the rate of rotation of the earth. Readers may wish to refer to the following Carnicom papers previously released addressing earlier considerations of this subject: ’TIME’ (dated July 24, 2003), ’TIME TO START WATCHING TIME’ (dated August 14, 2003), ’TIME, ENERGY and EARTH CHANGES’ (dated August 26, 2003), and ’THE WAISTLINE OF ROTATION’ (dated September 14, 2003).
THE WAISTLINE OF ROTATION

THE WAISTLINE OF ROTATION

The postulate that a decrease in the earth’s rotational speed will result in an increase of the equatorial radius of the earth from this change is demonstrated here using two different mathematical analyses. Clifford Carnicom shows that a slowdown of just one second a year in the earth’s rotation would result in an increase of 4-8 inches in the radius of the earth. First, Carnicom examines the kinetic energy and inertial momentum of the earth as it relates to differentials (this results in the 4 inch radius calculation stated above), and the second method examines this same issue from the viewpoint of angular momentum (results in the 8 inch increase of the earth’s radius above). Greater changes in the rotational rate (current observations support a change of 12 seconds per year) result in correspondingly greater changes in the equatorial radius of the earth. Refer to the following Carnicom papers previously released addressing earlier considerations of this subject: ’TIME’ (dated July 24, 2003), ’TIME TO START WATCHING TIME’ (dated August 14, 2003), and ’TIME, ENERGY and EARTH CHANGES’ (dated August 26, 2003).
TIME, ENERGY AND EARTH CHANGES

TIME, ENERGY AND EARTH CHANGES

This paper builds on two previous Carnicom papers that show even small changes in the rotational speed of the earth will cause tremendous effects on the earth (see the previous Carnicom papers ’TIME’ dated July 24, 2003, and ’TIME TO START WATCHING TIME’ dated August 14, 2003). It is now established that a preliminary relationship has been determined between any anomalies in time that may occur, the associated change in the kinetic energy of the earth, and the projected magnitude of any such changes on a geophysical level. The result of this study indicates that small changes in "time" will manifest themselves as tremendous changes in the energy state of the earth and that they are likely to have a significant geophysical impact. Detailed in this work are two mathematical analyses – the first is a calculation of the kinetic energy of the earth, and the second a calculation is determining the effect of a ‘small’ change of one second in a day of the earth’s rotational speed on the earth’s kinetic energy. This study informs us that relatively small changes in the rotational rate of the earth have a potentially great impact upon the energy transformation processes within the earth and earth - celestial system. Even though the change in time may, on the surface, appear to be miniscule in nature, the opposite is in fact true because of the tremendous mass and kinetic energy inherent in the rotating earth.
TIME TO START WATCHING TIME

TIME TO START WATCHING TIME

This paper is a continuation of the previous Carnicom work titled ’TIME’ (dated July 24, 2003). In that paper it was determined that the rotational speed of the earth had increased around late 1998 and that increase was a significant deviation from historical norm. One addition noted in this present paper is that another 0.5 seconds was added to the rotational speed of the earth, or Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) between 09:30 MDT on August 16, 2003 and 12:00 MDT on August 17, 2003. This is significant and begs for more research to be done by others to monitor these changes. A second update to the original ’TIME’ paper details that a drift rate analysis of the independent time standard that has been developed now shows a departure of 1.5 seconds over a period of 57 days since the monitoring of time standards began. This indicates the detection of another 0.5 second additional departure since Aug 17 2003. A projection of the current time departure rate is estimated at 9.5 seconds per year; a departure of this magnitude is phenomenal in magnitude if these observations bear out in the future. A one second departure (approximately) over a year period is expected based upon the historical record. A careful monitoring of geophysical events and changes is recommended based upon this preliminary report, as unusual changes in time will likely correlate with significant geophysical energy releases.
TIME

TIME

Basing concern on a hypothesis forwarded to him by an as of now unidentified source, Clifford Carnicom investigates the possibility that the aerosol programs are being used to change the rotational speed of the earth. This hypothesis purports the onset of major geophysical changes and life extinction cycles in the foreseeable and upcoming decades. The impact upon the earth and life from such events is extraordinary and beyond the realm of consideration for many people. A quote by Carl Sagan brings the possibility of the above claims in line with reality: “extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.” The hypothesis that was passed to Carnicom states that there is an attempt to use the aerosols to increase the rotational speed of the earth. Recognition that the onset of heavy aerosol spraying started late 1998 into early 1999, Carnicom chose to look at yearly earth rotational data from the United States Naval Observatory and the International Earth Rotation Service (Atomic time and actual rotational speed of the earth) to ascertain any change in earth rotational speed. Coincidentally, there is an unexpected sustained increase of the earth’s rotation, starting in late 1998/early 1999, when compared to many years of historical record. Whether this change in rotation has been induced artificially will need to be researched and determined. Of significant note here should be that the reader understand that the records of the earth rotation from the United States Naval Observatory and the International Earth Rotation Service were abruptly discontinued to the public.
ESTIMATED LOWER ATMOSPHERIC ELECTROMAGNETIC PROPERTIES

ESTIMATED LOWER ATMOSPHERIC ELECTROMAGNETIC PROPERTIES

A web based calculator for estimating lower atmospheric magnetic properties is included on this page. By plugging values of electron density, ELF range, element and atomic mass number, and Van de Graaf spark length, this calculator estimates electromagnetic properties of the lower atmosphere, including predicted Whistler frequency, Alfven wave frequency, plasma frequency, lower atmospheric conductivity and more. Mathematical calculations for manually calculating these same values are included in a discussion also on this page.
ATMOSPHERIC CONDUCTIVITY II

ATMOSPHERIC CONDUCTIVITY II

Citing earlier concerns about and research into the topic of changing conductivity of the atmosphere from aerosol chemicals (see the previous Carnicom paper titled ATMOSPHERIC CONDUCTIVITY dated July 9, 2001 for more information on this topic), Carnicom discusses a method to estimate the atmospheric conductivity using a Van de Graaf generator. This generator uses a rated voltage capacity to cause sparks using the conductivity of the air as the medium. The longer the spark that can be achieved when the generator is activated, the more conductive the atmosphere is. Results presented in this work indicate an increase in the conductivity of the lower atmosphere by a factor of approximately 3 to 20 from a baseline ‘normal’ known value of air. The benefit of the current study is that it provides an estimate as to the magnitude of the change in atmospheric conductivity using relatively simple methods and equipment. Provided on this paper is a calculator that can be used to predict the ratio of increase in conductivity relative to the expected value of a normal atmosphere, as is a detailed mathematical analysis showing the calculations used to determine how to measure conductivity of the atmosphere and the use of electron density for this determination .
MAGNETICS, AEROSOLS & VLF

MAGNETICS, AEROSOLS & VLF

There appears to be an increasingly obvious connection between the existence of aerosol banks close to ground level, the existence of extreme variations in local magnetic field intensity, and the existence of highly pulsed VLF data. This paper outlines existing theories and new ones, and shows the continuing correlations among these theories with observations and data collected during Carnicom’s experiments. Graphics shown on this page are the result of testing done on April 5, 2003, and give the reader an idea of how anomalous the magnetic and VLF readings were throughout the day in direct connection with these lowered aerosol banks and increased winds. The presence of lowered aerosol banks appears to be increasingly important toward the capture of this data. There is also an increasing likelihood that the existence of these pulses is associated with sunlight. Such pulses have yet to be captured under periods of darkness or extensive cloud cover.
VLF PULSES RETURN 04/05

VLF PULSES RETURN 04/05

Very Low Frequency (VLF) pulse data has again been captured and graphed in this paper, after several days of relative inactivity. Carnicom notes that there seems to be a likelihood that the existence of these pulses is associated with sunlight. Such pulses have yet to be captured under periods of darkness or extensive cloud cover. The role of ionization with respect to the aerosol operations is to be strongly considered in the evaluation of this topic, as is the use of harmonics in evaluating the captured data. A quote from this paper comes from the Military’s Executive Summary of the HAARP program: “The military’s own Executive Summary of the HAARP program clearly stated their reliance on ELF waves. Instead of transmitting these waves from ground based transmitters, HAARP created these waves through the use of “pulse” transmissions of their HF energy beams. Or, to put it another way, HAARP duplicated the ELF signals by turning their signal on and off at rates (30 to 3000 cycles per second) within the ELF range. The result was that ELF radiation could be directed to a specific area on the surface of the planet, at will.”
DIRECTION OF ELF-VLF ENERGY VERIFIED

DIRECTION OF ELF-VLF ENERGY VERIFIED

The direction from which the maximum Very Low Frequency-Extremely Low Frequency (VLF-ELF) originates has been verified from testing done in Santa Fe, New Mexico. This direction is in accordance with the expectation that the magnetic field lines of the earth are the primary carriers of this energy. Using a measurement test with a loop directional antenna, the results show that the maximum level of energy is received by the antenna in the direction from magnetic north to magnetic south. The test setup for this experiment is included in this paper. The following statement from the 1987 patent by Bernard Eastlund, generally regarded as an accurate template for the HAARP project, is presented as being especially relevant to the above finding: “This invention related to a method and apparatus for altering at least one selected region normally existing above the earth’s surface and more particularly related to a method and apparatus for altering said at least one region by initially transmitting electromagnetic radiation from the earth’s surface essentially parallel to and along naturally-occurring, divergent magnetic field lines which extend from the earth’s surface through the region or regions to be altered.” A knowledge of cyclotronic resonance (especially of physiologically important ions), circular polarization and HAARP technology will be of increasing importance to understand in relation to the aerosol operations.
VLF PULSES AND HAARP

VLF PULSES AND HAARP

Very Low Frequency (VLF) pulse data has been captured and logged on March 23, 2003 using Carnicom’s ELF circuit from previous experiments. These VLF frequencies operate at 1KHz-34KHz in the radio spectrum. Images of the frequencies observed and logged are attached to this page. The graphing of these frequencies appears to indicate either harmonics and/or using a mixing of signals being factors in the existence of these VLF signals. The Executive Summary from a HAARP document is referenced, with a link to this summary.
