Here is a copy of the Certified Receipt showing EPA Administrator Carol M. Browner received Clifford Carnicom’s sample, but had yet to reply.

Analysis shows that the primary organism (or pathogen) characteristic of the “Morgellons” condition, as isolated and identified by Clifford Carnicom,  causes a significant biochemical change in the nature of human  blood in which it resides. The dramatic change in the character of the blood has been presented through visible observation for several years, but this change is now objectively and directly measurable through the use of spectral analysis, and these changes are graphed and discussed in this paper.  This change in the general character of human blood, as it has been measured from several individuals, is regarded as highly significant and expressive of a potential fundamental change in the human condition. Normal hemoglobin is analyzed under a spectrophotometer, and then graphed with different levels of concentrations of the organism. All matter reacts in a unique fashion to electromagnetic energy which, in this case, is visible light.  Hemoglobin, (the primary protein in human blood cells), has such a unique and characteristic spectrum over the visible light range, and witnessing such dramatic alterations of the blood from this organism as compared to unaltered hemoglobin in these graphs give a sense of urgency for not only further research in this area, but also to alert more people to what is going on and to inspire action to be taken to get these organisms located and stopped.

Considered here is a way to measure the electricity in the atmosphere (atmospheric current) and be able to correlate measured values to the prevalence of aerosol operations. A preliminary diagram of an electrical circuit to do such measuring is presented, as is a complex mathematical analysis providing guidance for further research into this topic. Data that has been collected for this topic is available in an earlier Carnicom paper titled PREDICTING THE OPERATIONS: SUNSPOTS AND HUMIDITY from September 3, 2002.

An inquiry into ambient magnetic strengths is the subject of this Carnicom paper, along with potential associations of these findings with the HAARP facility also discussed. The overall result of this study tis to understand the immense amount of energy available from the HAARP project, and the very real potential of that facility to affect, as an absolute minimum, human biology, physiology, and mental and neural functioning. This study begins with observations of magnetic strength around a series of residential power lines outside Santa Fe, New Mexico. Questions that are asked and addressed through mathematical calculations are: 1) How strong should the magnetic field around a rural residential power line be?; 2) How far away can and should it be measurable?; 3) How strong should the electrical field be around these wires, and how far away can it be expected to have an influence?; 4) At what distance is the biological effect from these ELF waves of no further consequence? An analysis of these questions, with supporting direct measurements, is the crux of this paper. Formulas are given and discussed for related items such as the strength of the magnetic field around a wire of current, and the relationship between the maximum electrical field strength and the maximum magnetic field strength, among others. The resulting equation provides a useful way to estimate the distance that we should be to reduce the intensity to a desired level, given that the power line is carrying a certain amount of current.

This paper outlines the 20 fold increase in the concentration of hydroxide ion concentration in the atmosphere of the United States. Recent and preliminary pH test data from across the nation indicates that this increase has happened when comparing baseline data from 1990-1999 data with that of 1999. This significant change in a relatively short time frame has major implications for both the chemistry and biology of the nation and the planet at large.

The presence of barium as well as other metallic particulates in our atmosphere has now been demonstrated through a variety of testing methods in direct association with aircraft aerosol operations. The method presented here has the potential of providing a simple and verifiable method to provide further evidence of criminal operations that continue to be conducted. Using the box fan filter described in the previous Carnicom paper titled “INEXPENSIVE FILTRATION“ , pieces of the filter materials from both indoor and outdoor samples are cut into small pieces and soaked in distilled water and rung out into glass dishes. These solutions are then subjected to electrolysis, using a six-volt lantern battery with copper electrodes. After approximately 24-48 hours, a precipitate forms in the dishes that is further subjected to examination. At this point, a series of observations and tests are performed that show the precipitate to be barium sulphate…which is a grave concern to all citizens around the globe.

The participation of independent professionals and researchers is again called for to substantiate or refute the current endeavors, as the consequences of these findings, if confirmed, pose significant health risks to the public at large.

Claims by sources that include the EPA, NOAA, FAA and NASA that contrails, or water vapor trails, may persist for extended periods under conditions of higher relative humidity are taken to task in this Carnicom work. Working from a foundation Carnicom calls the “Relative Humidity Thought Experiment”, Carnicom develops the reality that the rate of evaporation of the contrails is inversely proportional to the humidity in the atmosphere. Carnicom develops a mathematical model to test this idea, and shows that even at high levels of relative humidity, the effect on the evaporation times is generally insignificant and minor. The truth now includes overwhelming evidence that the populace has been systematically subjected to a covert, extensive and sustained project of aircraft aerosol dissemination without their consent.

Incidents are described where the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) needed to be contacted numerous times regarding certain actions publicly committed or proclaimed against Clifford Carnicom, including impersonation, libel, hacking, and death threats.

This page is an article written by Davina Ryazka about a lecture Clifford Carnicom gave to Hotchkiss Memorial Hall in Delta Colorado on August 17, 2002. Clifford spoke about the differences between contrails and aerosol operations, nations being sprayed, and much of his research in the discovery and analysis of the chemicals and biologicals being found in the aerosols.

A time lapse video under the microscope has been developed and presented on this page which demonstrates the cultured growth pattern and behavior of a primary pathogenic form that is in direct association with the so-called “Morgellons” condition. The time lapse video covers a period of approximately six hours and compresses the time into approximately one minute with 30 frames. From the discovery shown here, it would appear that the encasing filament serves to provide feeder or extension filaments which serve to extend the growth of the pathogen. The estimated growth rate of the extension filaments on this particular culture is on the order of 50 microns per hour, or roughly the width of a thin human hair per hour. This report continues to add valuable knowledge on the morphology, characteristics and behavior of at least some of the pathogenic forms that are strongly associated with the so-called “Morgellons” condition.
