A pattern of anomalous Very Low Frequency (VLF) has again detected and recorded in Santa Fe, New Mexico on March 15, 2003. This marks the second time that unusual VLF patterns have been observed and measured within a 2 week period. Refer to the previous Carnicom paper titled A THIRD PATTERN OBSERVED: VERY LOW FREQUENCY PULSE SWITCHING (dated March 1, 2003) for another capture of this type of pattern. The testing procedure is similar to the previous few experiments, and is detailed on this page. It is hoped other citizens will begin the process of circuit construction to examine the findings that have been reported on this site during the last few months. It is in the interest of the general health of the population that such testing occurs.

This paper discusses the aims and missions of the US EPA with respect to protecting human health and safeguarding the natural environment. The US code covers the establishment of standards for aircraft engine emissions, mitigating international effects of air pollution by the US and other countries, the need for public notification in the event of known hazards and pollution, and the prevention and remedying of the impairment of visibility which results from man-made air pollution.

This paper will outline specific, identifiable and repeatable growth stages of the cross-domain bacteria (CDB) and its associated forms. It will be seen that a wide variety of growth forms will ultimately emerge from what appears to be a simple, non-descript spherical living entity; as such the term ‘pleomorphic’ is fully justified in this presentation. This is the case even when the study is restricted to the most primitive form of existence (i.e., the CDB) and this sets the stage to for us anticipate a high level of survivability and adaptability for the organism. Thus far, this has certainly been proven to be the case, as the means to eradicate or destroy the organism in any meaningful way appears to be unavailable under the current state of knowledge.

There appears to be a correspondence between the magnitude of magnetic disturbance that results from an extreme solar storm and the magnitude of apparently artificial ELF-VLF pulse data that has been previously recorded by Clifford Carnicom in the paper titled MAGNETICS, AEROSOLS & VLF (dated April 13, 2003). This indicates that any artificially generated pulsed data that has been recorded by this same magnetometer, as is shown in this paper, may also be acting on a global level. The role of the aerosols and the HAARP facility and the propagation of ELF-VLF energy, as is referenced in the previous Carnicom paper referenced above should also be a consideration in the comparison which is made in this work.

A graph attached to this page showing the magnitude of the magnetic disturbance captured and described above is compared to the graph of the anomalous magnetometer data recorded on April 5, 2003 in the aforementioned paper MAGNETICS, AEROSOLS & VLF. It will be noted that the magnitude of the pulsed and apparently artificial data is on the same order as that which results from the extreme solar storm recorded.

This specifically states that a person exposed to human experimentation should be made aware of such experiments and possible ramifications, and should have the right to refuse being a guinea pig for such experiments.

A gel sample, identical to two others previously identified, is analyzed in this paper. This sample was sent in by a witness who found numerous identical samples in her yard after small planes and helicopters flew over her house just before the samples were found. There appears to be a clear cellular structure in the sample that absorb iodine stain readily and become darkened in color. Reports of serious ill health have been associated with this gel material.

Testing with a standard HEPA air filter revealed the existence of biological components in the atmosphere. The air filter was placed 10 feet off the ground, within a non-agricultural, non-industrial, high desert rural area, and the exposure time for the test was one week. The results of this work indicate biological components which again satisfy all the visual characteristics of red blood cells in air samples taken.

The methods used in this testing of filtering and identification are now available to all citizens with modest means. The identification of the cell types found, and an accountability for their existence is of critical importance to the public welfare, and it is hoped that independent researchers, professionals and activists will contribute to that cause.

This paper outlines the 20 fold increase in the concentration of hydroxide ion concentration in the atmosphere of the United States. Recent and preliminary pH test data from across the nation indicates that this increase has happened when comparing baseline data from 1990-1999 data with that of 1999. Recent work indicates the very real possibility of sources for interference in the metabolism of the potassium ion within the human body (potassium levels that are too low in the body may present medical difficulties such as heart failure, fatigue, muscular weakness and depression). This interference is based upon the detection of continuous and apparently artificial ELF (Extremely Low Frequency) propagation at 4Hz multiples. The fifth harmonic of this radiation, detected at 20Hz, corresponds to the cyclotronic frequency of the potassium ion in the mid latitude ranges of the globe. Provided here is a discussion as to the location of a tenth planet in our solar system, that of Planet X.
